So fancy cocktail night and host a party kinda mashed into one night. What started out as a cocktail night between a few people turned into a cocktail night between several, therefore counting as a party (according to our apartment lease.) We made a grocery list, went out and bought the booze for margaritas, AND the glasses, and made a bucket of margarita. The game Dirty Minds and margaritas made for a good night!
Springfest at UVM…*sigh*
Springfest was this weekend. We were really excited about going, but unfortunately couldn’t. I had to speak at a conference at Champlain, and then both Giovanna and I had to present at ITS Capstone Poster Session (which was mandatory) so it was a pretty busy day. In the long run, we couldn’t go due to requirements for us. This year, graduation is a LITTLE BIT more of a priority over Springfest, but we hope all of you that went stayed dry and had fun! Let us know how it was!
VERMONT COOKIE CREATIONS!!!! So delicious! Ordering cookies online? NO WAY! Where else can you have homemade, freshly baked cookies delivered to your house? We can’t believe we haven’t tried this sooner…
We went to the Magic Hat Artifactory this weekend! Very cool place…it was interesting to hear the back story of how the brewery started and see how far it’s come. Free beer tasting and wandering around the store commenced afterwards…bought a couple pint glasses to add to the collection!
